nResponsibilities

- Lead product costing and cost accounting functions, ensuring accurate cost allocations.n
- Conduct variance analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize manufacturing costs.n
- Manage cost audits and ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and record rules.n
- Implement activity-based costing (ABC)



and leverage CO/COPA/FI tools for profitability analysis.n
- Robust FP&A; experience,n
- Lead and mentor the cost accounting team.n
