THE OPPORTUNITY

VARIANSE is expanding in India and is seeking an experienced sales professional or Introducing Broker who can bring an existing client book,



strong local relationships and proven knowledge of the Indian trading market. The role is focused on originating active clients, building scalable IB and influencer networks, and generating sustainable trading volume.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in FX, CFDs, online brokerage, fintech or financial sales, with a track record of generating revenue.
- An existing book or network of active traders, investors, Introducing Brokers and other relevant partners in India.
- Strong ability to identify, recruit and develop IBs, sub-IBs, affiliates, trading educators, influencers and trading communities.
- Good local market knowledge, including client acquisition channels, competitor activity and regional trading behaviour.
- Practical understanding of Indian payment methods, deposits and withdrawals, payment providers and common funding challenges.
- Solid English plus Hindi and/or a relevant regional language, with confiden
