nMain focus is on process and quality improvement ( e.g. in Finance/HR/Controlling/Indirect Purchasing) as well as leading projects (e.g. Transitions/Migrations), ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and process improvement needs. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
nJob Role Description
nProcess Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Initiatives:
n•Lead and coordinate dedicated Lean Six Sigma projects to improve operational efficiency and quality, reduce waste and decrease process costs.
n•Support migration, implementation, stabilization and automation of processes when transferring them from country organizations into GBS.
n•Leading workshops and training sessions to build Lean Six Sigma capabilities within the organization.
nProject Planning and Execution:
n•Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
n•Lead the execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all project deliverables are met.




n•Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions.
n•Assist in the development and management of the global project portfolio
n•Monitor and report on the status of projects, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
n•Ensure projects are aligned with the overall business goals and objectives of Global Business Services.
nRisk and Issue Management:
n•Proactively identify and assess project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
n•Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management as necessary, providing recommendations for resolution.
n•Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
nPerformance Monitoring and Reporting:
n•Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and portfolio performance.
n•Prepare and present regula
