Nalmei is a mindful stationery and wellness brand founded by a psychologist and a designer.
We create thoughtfully designed journals, planners, notebooks, journaling kits, workshops and other products that encourage reflection, creativity and intentional living.
We are now expanding our B2B offering, working with companies on:
- Corporate wellness and journaling workshops
- Employee engagement activities
- Customised journals and notebooks
- Corporate gifting
- Bulk orders of existing Nalmei products
- Custom employee wellness and gifting kits

We are looking for someone who can help us build this business from the ground up.

About the Role
- This is a hands-on B2B sales and business development role.
- You will build this vertical from the ground up.



Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective end-to-end sales cycle, expand our reach, and strengthen client relationships. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue.
- You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from identifying potential corporate customers, reaching out to decision-makers, starting conversations, generating meetings, preparing proposals, following up with prospects and helping convert them into paying clients.
- You will work directly with the founders, so this is not a role where you will be given a list of leads and asked to simply make calls. You will have the opportunity to help build the entire B2B sales process at Nalmei.
