Role Overview:
The ITAM Analyst will support the Software Asset Management (SAM) function by managing software asset data, software license compliance, renewals, vendor relationships, and software lifecycle activities.



The role is responsible for maintaining accurate software inventory records, supporting licensing governance, assisting with budget planning, and ensuring effective utilization of Software Asset Management tools and processes.
The analyst will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Technology, Security, and Vendor Management teams to improve software governance, optimize software spend, and maintain compliance with licensing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
Software Asset & License Management
- Manage and maintain software asset inventory and license entitlement data within the ITAM/SAM tool.
- Monitor software license compliance and support remediation activities for any identified licensing risks.
- Assist in managing the complete software lifecycle, including software requests, procurement, deployment, maintenance, renewals, and retirement.
- Ensure software asset records remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
