Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, remote position.
In this role, the individual will identify and qualify new business opportunities,. The position involves conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will maintain relationships with existing accounts, track performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Regular market research, competitor analysis, and reporting to management on progress and insights are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Robust skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.




- Solid understanding of Business fundamentals and Account Management to support client retention and growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in a B2B or services-focused environment.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications for tracking leads and preparing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and collaborative work practices.
