nPirnar is a prestigious European manufacturer of high-end entrance doors, combining architectural design, advanced technology, craftsmanship and bespoke customisation.
nPirnar India is expanding its presence across the luxury residential, villa, architectural, developer and hospitality segments.
nTHE ROLE
nWe are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and well-connected National Business Development Manager to accelerate Pirnar‘s growth across India.
nThis is a business-development and project-driven role — not a traditional showroom sales position.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nArchitects & Designers
n•⁠ ⁠Build relationships with leading architects, interior designers and design studios.
n•⁠ ⁠Identify high-value residential and luxury projects.
n•⁠ ⁠Conduct product presentations, CPDs,



technical/design meetings and showroom visits.
n•⁠ ⁠Build a national architect specification and referral network.
nProjects & Developers
n•⁠ ⁠Identify and develop high-value villa, residential, hospitality and developer projects.
n•⁠ ⁠Build relationships with developers, contractors, project managers and procurement teams.
n•⁠ ⁠Get Pirnar specified at the design stage and track projects through quotation, order and installation.
n•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage a strong national project pipeline.
nDealer Development
n•⁠ ⁠Work closely with authorised Pirnar dealers to generate and convert opportunities.
n•⁠ ⁠Support dealers on major architect and project opportunities.
n•⁠ ⁠Identify potential recent dealers and market gaps.
n•⁠ ⁠Monitor dealer pipelines, conversion and sales performance.
nLuxury Brand Development
n•⁠ ⁠Build Pirnar‘s position as a recognised European luxury entrance-door brand in India.
