Role Description This full-time, on-site Faculty position in the MBA Department focuses on Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management and is based at the Roorkee campus. The faculty member will design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and case-based learning sessions for postgraduate management students, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and accreditation standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials,



evaluating student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing academic advising and mentoring. The role involves conducting and guiding research projects, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in departmental activities, seminars, and industry outreach. The faculty member is expected to participate in academic committees, support student development initiatives, and stay updated on emerging trends in finance and supply chain management.
