We are looking for an entrepreneurial EdTech Sales Manager to help us build our school sales and partnership network across India.
About the Role
As an EdTech Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with CBSE school principals, school management, academic leaders, and decision-makers, introducing My AI Guru, conducting product demonstrations, developing pilot opportunities, and converting qualified schools into customers.




This is an early-stage opportunity, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable building the sales process, not just following one.
You will contribute to:
- School acquisition strategy
- Sales and outreach processes
- Demo and presentation models
- Pilot programs
- School partnership strategy
- Sales pipeline development
- CRM and sales processes

Key Responsibilities
1. School Business Development
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential CBSE schools across India.
- Research schools and identify key decision-makers.
- Build relationships with principals, directors, trustees, academic heads, and other school leaders.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
- Develop a consistent and scalable school sales pipeline.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach
Generate conversations with schools through multiple channels, including:
