Oracle EBS Application Support Engineer

Are you a seasoned Oracle EBS engineer who loves diving deep into database objects, troubleshooting backend integrations, and keeping mission-critical ERP systems running seamlessly? We are looking for a Senior Oracle EBS Application Support Specialist to own the stability and enhancement of our core enterprise platforms.

Location: Chennai, India
Role Focus: Level 2 / Level 3 Production Support

Key Responsibilities
- L2/L3 Production Support: Troubleshoot complex batch job failures, concurrent programs, workflows, and interface errors across live production environments.
- Database & Technical Problem Solving: Write and debug Oracle SQL, PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and Unix shell scripts.
- Integrations & Operations: Monitor and resolve issues across file-based, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party integrations
- Financial & Supply Chain Processes:



Support month-end financial closes and order fulfillment pipelines across Financials (AP, AR, GL, SLA) and/or Supply Chain (OM, PO, INV).
- Automation & AI: Drive operational efficiency using automation scripts, shell tools, and emerging AI-assisted support tools (Copilot, Power Automate, ChatGPT) for faster RCA and ticket resolution.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in Oracle EBS R12.1 / R12.2 application support and production engineering.
- Core Technical Stack: Advanced Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux commands, Concurrent Processing, XML Publisher, AOL, and Oracle Workflow.
- Functional Modules: Solid hands-on exposure to at least 2–3 core modules across AP, AR, GL, SLA, OM, PO, or INV.
