Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA / Data Privacy Consultant with 8+ years of overall IT/SAP experience and 2–2.5 years of relevant experience in DPDP, UIDP, Data Masking, and Data Discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on UIDP and Data Masking requirements in SAP HANA environments.
- Implement and support data masking methodologies for sensitive and personal information.
- Perform Data Discovery to identify sensitive, personal, and confidential data.
- Understand and apply DPDP Act requirements to data privacy and protection initiatives.
- Support data identification, classification, protection, and masking activities.
- Work with SAP HANA and SAP modules to support data privacy solutions.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation activities.




- Collaborate with technical, functional, security, and data teams to address data privacy requirements.
- Support privacy-related assessments and remediation of identified data exposure risks.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT/SAP experience.
- 2–2.5 years of relevant experience in Data Privacy / DPDP.
- Strong hands-on experience in UIDP and Data Masking.
- Experience with Data Discovery and sensitive-data identification.
- Good understanding of DPDP Act / Data Protection requirements.
- Experience with SAP HANA and exposure to SAP modules.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred
- Experience in enterprise data privacy or data protection projects.
- Experience working with sensitive personal data / PII.
- Exposure to data classification, privacy controls, and compliance activities.
- Immediate or short notice availability.
