Role Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for leading the recent Wealth Management AML Client Risk Framework Review Team in Pune.

The role is responsible for daily business-as-usual delivery, process establishment, service quality, operational risk management, performance management, team culture,



and alignment with the broader Wealth Management strategy.

The position requires strong operational leadership, sound AML/KYC technical knowledge, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into sustainable processes, controls, and measurable outcomes.
