We are looking for a Rewards Business Partner with strong experience in Compensation & Benefits to support and drive rewards-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a GCC setting and exposure to working with leading rewards/consulting firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders on Compensation & Benefits and Rewards initiatives.
- Support salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, pay structures and rewards programs.
- Analyze compensation data and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders on rewards-related projects and ensure timely execution.
- Support annual compensation cycles, market reviews and other rewards initiatives.




- Work with external consulting partners and leverage market data and best practices.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards, preferably within a GCC environment.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and Rewards practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong data analysis and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret compensation data and derive insights.
- Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR/rewards analytics tools will be an advantage.
