Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and risks.
- Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Optimize inventory levels and turnover rates to maximize working capital efficiency.
- Lead the procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage the logistics and distribution operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and transit times.




- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Implement and manage supply chain management systems (SCM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant technologies.

Pre-Requisites:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, and in manufacturing operations background
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP and SCM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Industry specific certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
