Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Power Sales Executive with experience in Data Centre solutions, UPS, Cooling, and Infrastructure. The role involves driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, positioning technology solutions, and owning opportunities through execution and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across key accounts covering UPS, Thermal, and Data Centre Infrastructure.
- Engage with stakeholders ranging from CXOs to technical teams and effectively position solutions.




- Collaborate with internal teams across Servers, Storage, Networking, and AI/ML, as well as external consultants.
- Work closely with technology and solution partners to develop and propose optimal solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, including execution and service delivery.
- Promote solutions including Power, Cooling, Racks, rPDUs, DCIM, and Smart Racks.
- Drive monthly KPIs covering pipeline, order booking, and revenue targets.
- Participate in annual business planning and regular performance reviews.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of Data Centre infrastructure components.
- Experience in selling UPS, PAC, or related Data Centre solutions.
- Ability to present and influence customers through value-driven solutions.
- Existing relationships within relevant customer segments are an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Result-oriented approach with high ownership
