Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for handling customer calls, managing and following up with leads, maintaining lead records, and supporting Instagram content scheduling and social media activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Communication

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our travel packages/services.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team when required.

? Lead Management

Manage and regularly update the company's lead database.
Track new, active, converted, and pending leads.
Follow up with leads according to the assigned schedule.
Update lead status,



customer requirements, and follow-up remarks in CRM/Excel.
Identify potential leads and support the team in improving lead conversion.
Ensure no lead is missed or left without timely follow-up.
Prepare basic daily/weekly lead reports.

? Instagram & Social Media

Schedule Instagram posts, reels, and stories according to the content calendar.
Coordinate with the content/design team for timely content availability.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Assist in uploading captions, hashtags, tags, and relevant location details.
Monitor basic engagement such as likes, comments, shares, saves, and views.
Assist in maintaining an organized social media content calendar.

Required Skills

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS
