As we grow, we're looking for an Account Manager based in India to support our Dubai team in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns and ensuring work is delivered smoothly across our creative, social, influencer and production teams.

The role
Understand the client. Understand the brief. Keep everyone aligned. Make sure excellent work gets delivered.
This is a hands-on agency account management role. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, translating client requirements into clear internal briefs, coordinating with different teams and keeping projects moving from brief through delivery.
You'll act as an important link between our clients and the Fireflies team in Dubai, ensuring communication is clear, timelines are managed and clients always know where things stand.

What you'll do




Client management
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
- Build strong relationships with client marketing and brand teams
- Understand each client's business, brand, objectives and priorities
- Lead regular client calls, meetings and status updates
- Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables and feedback
- Identify potential issues early and work with the team to resolve them
- Ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service

Briefing & campaign management
- Receive client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable internal briefs
- Ask the right questions when briefs are incomplete or unclear
- Coordinate campaigns across social media, content, creators, digital and brand experiences
- Manage projects from briefing through execution and final delivery
