? Role: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic professionals to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.

? Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries.




- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support the team in improving customer service processes and quality.

✅ Requirements
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / 12th Pass or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Good multitasking and time-management skills.
- Patient, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Previous customer service/BPO experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- Freshers can also apply, subject to communication skills and role requirements.

CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month
