About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Renewals Quote Specialist / Sales Support Administrator to support the Renewals Sales Organization in Bengaluru.
The role will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive renewal quotations, supporting the Renewals Sales team, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient quote execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting, sales support, inside sales, order management, or similar administrative functions and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accurate renewal quotations based on customer and sales team requirements.




- Provide day-to-day sales support to the Renewals Sales team and management.
- Review quote requests and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve quotation-related issues.
- Support quote associates and sales managers with pricing, documentation, and other quote-related activities.
- Prioritize and manage multiple quote requests while meeting established deadlines.
- Handle last-minute changes and urgent requests while maintaining accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies or potential issues and work toward timely resolution.
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation related to quotations and sales support activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and, where required, customers or partners.
- Ensure all activities are handled with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
