Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development and revenue growth Build and manage key client/partner relationships Identify new business opportunities and partnerships Manage end-to-end studio operations and workflows Ensure timely and efficient project execution Coordinate with creative, production and cross-functional teams Track business and operational KPIs Lead and mentor the studio operations team Ideal Candidate:
8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Studio Operations Strong client management and commercial acumen Experience in creative, production, media, fashion, retail or related industries Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Solid operational and problem-solving capabilities
