As we continue to expand our partnerships with leading global publishers and societies, we are looking for someone who can own these relationships end-to-end and play a key role in growing and evolving them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, solve business challenges, and deliver measurable impact for both CACTUS and our partners.
This role will impact revenue, improve digital performance, and enhance customer experience for a portfolio of publisher and society partnerships across Europe and the US. The role sits at the intersection of business, marketing, product, and data, and offers a unique chance to work across teams and influence strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Account Ownership:



Own and grow a portfolio of global publisher and society partnerships, focusing heavily on revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term retention.
- Growth & Performance Identification: Identify strategic growth opportunities across service mixes, website performance, marketing channels, and end-to-end customer experience.
- Digital Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in website traffic, user journeys, and conversion rates through ongoing testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze performance using Power BI and Google Analytics (GA4), converting complex data insights into actionable growth and optimization plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, technology, marketing, and BI teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver partner objectives efficiently.
