Strong communication, relationship-building, sales, and counselling skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, counselling sessions, and other communication channels.
- Conduct admissions interviews and education counselling to understand student interests, academic background,



and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, programs, eligibility criteria, admissions processes, and career opportunities.
- Guide prospective students through the complete admissions and enrolment journey.
- Conduct campus tours and support student engagement activities when required.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve admissions and enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Handle enquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to improve conversion and enrolment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate lead, interaction, and admissions records in the CRM system.
- Track individual targets, sales activity, lead status, and conversion performance.
