Metallurgy Lab Incharge Ensuring Material Integrity Job Description Salary/: Based on interview Performance Focus Skills/: Deep technical knowledge of physical/extractive metallurgy, tool steel metallurgy, phase transformations, and heat treatment cycles. Hands/-on proficiency with metallographic sample preparation /(mounting, grinding, polishing, etching/) and optical/electron microscopy. Expertise in operating hardness testers /(HRC, HV, HB/), chemical analyzers /(OES/XRF/), and non/-destructive testing /(NDT/) equipment. Robust capability in failure analysis, fractography, defect identification, and technical report writing.
