Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Ads Executive with around 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, campaign structuring, and budget allocation.
/n
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
/n
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
/n
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
/n
- Identify performance trends and recommend improvements to achieve campaign objectives.

- Prepare weekly and monthly paid advertising performance reports.
/n
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify current opportunities.
/n
- Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.

- Maintain campaign documentation and ensure campaigns are aligned with client/business objectives.
/n
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
/n
- Qualifications1 year of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
/n
- Good understanding of PPC, SEM, SMM, and digital marketing concepts.
/n
- Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Ads experience is an advantage.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and campaign reporting tools.
/n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
/n
- Understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
