What would you do? • Assist customers in the banking sector, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing information on products and services, & ensuring a positive customer experience.




• You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing resolving query, handling escalations, complaints & giving best resolutions.
• You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s.

• Candidate who has Strong communication, articulation, and empathy and is valuable in Banking process is preferred here

• Support customers in the banking industry by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, sharing information about products and services, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
