Job Description
- Lead end-to-end client billing across multiple high-value building projects in the Mumbai region.
- Ensure timely preparation, submission and certification of client RA bills and final bills.
- Drive billing milestones in line with project schedules and contractual requirements.
- Review BOQs, measurements, quantity records, variations and change orders.
- Coordinate with clients, PMCs and consultants to resolve billing queries and expedite certification.
- Monitor certified bills, outstanding receivables, collections and revenue realization.
- Partner with Project Execution, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Contracts and Finance teams.
- Support commercial claims, escalation and extension-of-time documentation.
- Prepare billing MIS,



management dashboards and revenue forecasts.
- Standardize billing processes, controls and documentation across projects.
- Lead, mentor and develop the regional billing team.

The Successful Applicant
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Over 20 years of experience in building construction organisations.
- Experience in High Rise Building Projects is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in billing or commercial billing leadership.
- Robust contractor-side client billing experience, including preparation and submission of client RA bills.
- Proven experience obtaining bill certification from clients, PMCs and consultants.
- Substantial experience in high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use building projects.
- Experience handling billing for large multi-project portfolios, preferably exceeding INR 2,000 crore.
