Global Solution Advisory is a specialty sales advisory capability within it, focused on Strategy & Consulting (S&C;) deals, thought leadership and account planning, equipping account leaders with industry expertise, market insight, messaging and assets to win outcome-led deals.

You are:

A seasoned consulting professional with deep expertise in the Life Sciences Commercial sector. You will join a multi-disciplinary team that supports pre-sales solutioning, crafts proposals and guides pursuits for leading Life Sciences Clients.

Key Focus Areas:

CRM Strategy & Implementation – design and implement CRM solutions aligned with pharma compliance and global standards; optimize CRM architecture for scalability and marketing-automation integration; drive CRM best practice across field and home office.





Sales & Marketing Leadership – translate marketing strategy into actionable sales plans; build omnichannel engagement frameworks across digital and face-to-face channels; monitor market and competitor activity for growth.

Commercial Excellence – establish governance models and role definitions for field sales teams; lead customer experience and data-driven decision-making; ensure GxP, CFR and industry compliance.

The work:

This work will include but is not limited to:

Support annual planning (sales targets, target clients, assets) and research on targets for the next 6-12 months.

Support sales / pipeline reviews; prepare for and support first client conversations.

Define proposal response requirements and messaging, bringing the latest knowledge and content to each opportunity (industry trends, benchmarking, competitive insight).

Prepare and help lead orals with creative selling that differentiates Accenture.
