Role Overview

Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for an experienced, high-impact Business Manager to spearhead commercial operations, revenue generation, and market expansion across North Kerala (Kozhikode, Kannur, Malappuram, Kasaragod, and Wayanad).

The ideal candidate will bring deep channel expertise in fans and home appliances, backed by established distributor connections across the Malabar region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales targets, expanding dealer penetration, managing commercial hygiene, and leading a productive field sales force.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Sales Target Delivery: Formulate and execute regional sales plans to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary targets (volume and value) for fans and home appliances.
- Distribution & Channel Expansion: Identify, onboard,



and manage high-performing distributors, super-stockists, and direct retail dealers across key towns in North Kerala.
- Team Leadership & Beat Governance: Direct, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Executives, and field officers to maintain high retail beat coverage and sales productivity.
- Commercial & Credit Discipline: Oversee distributor billing cycles, enforce credit policies, minimize outstanding dues, and protect distributor ROI in compliance with company commercial guidelines.
- Trade Schemes & Market Visibility: Implement competitive dealer incentive schemes, festive promotions (Onam, Vishu, etc.), retailer loyalty programs, and visual merchandising to maximize secondary off-take.
- Depot & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the regional C&F; depot and logistics teams to forecast SKU demand accurately, ensure timely order dispatch, and avoid stock-outs.
