Job Description
- Own the overall Payments Technology strategy and roadmap.
- Lead transformation of UPI, Cards, ATM and core payment platforms.
- Build secure, scalable and resilient payment ecosystems.
- Drive cloud, APIs, automation and platform modernization.
- Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Risk and Operations teams.
- Own delivery, platform stability and transformation outcomes.
- Lead large engineering, architecture and support functions.
- Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity and governance compliance.
- Manage vendors, budgets, risks and strategic initiatives.
- Drive innovation through AI, cloud and next-gen payment technologies

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:




- Strong experience in payments technology within financial services.
- Good understanding of retail banking and loan payment systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the payments space.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to handle technical challenges.
- Confidence working with technology vendors and partners.
