BluePill AI is building the future of consumer insights — where every brand can have their customers “on speed dial.” Role: Executive Assistant (EA) We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and keep BluePill AI operating at a high level. This is not a traditional administrative role — it’s a high-ownership position at the center of a fast-moving startup. You will be the force multiplier for the CEO: managing operations, communication, scheduling, follow-through,



and helping keep the company organized during a period of rapid growth. What You’ll Do Executive Support & Operations Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow with precision Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, investor conversations, and internal reviews Ensure significant items do not fall through the cracks — handle reminders, deadlines, and prep Communication & Coordination Draft, refine, and manage emails, documents, announcements, and investor communications Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Manage information flow and keep the CEO fully briefed on what matters Company Operations & Execution Assist with onboarding, team coordination, scheduling, and documentation Organize company meetings, prep materials, track deliverables, and drive
