This role involves designing and improving assembly line layouts, establishing standard work procedures, designing assembly fixtures and tooling, driving productivity metrics /(takt time, cycle time/), and troubleshooting assembly line bottlenecks to ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and to exact design specifications Key Skills/: Strong technical background in mechanical assembly techniques,



quick/-fastener torque standards, press fits, adhesive bonding, and electrical wire harness integration. Hands/-on experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts, 5S, Poka/-Yoke, Line Balancing, and Value Stream Mapping /(VSM/). Proficiency in 3D CAD software /(SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo/) for fixture design and assembly layout planning. Familiarity with Quality tools /(PFMEA, APQP, Process Control Plans, Gauge R&R;/) and statistical tools.
