Role Summary

The Team Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and people management of the Banking & Loan Operations (BLO) team. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services across multiple banking and loan operations functions while maintaining a solid focus on risk management, controls,



client service, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Reporting to the Section Manager, the Team Manager is accountable for overall team performance, operational effectiveness, talent development, stakeholder engagement, and execution of departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across Banking and Loan Operations functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and quality-controlled service delivery.
- Drive adherence to established procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and management dashboards.
- Ensure effective workload distribution, prioritization, capacity planning, and resource management.
