We are looking for an organised and execution-focused Project Manager – Interior Products to manage projects from initial planning through final delivery and installation. The role requires solid project management skills combined with an understanding of interior products, materials, vendors, site coordination, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, tracking timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered according to agreed specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Manage interior product projects from project initiation through delivery, installation, and closure.
- Understand client requirements, project specifications, timelines, and expected deliverables.
- Prepare detailed project plans covering scope, activities, milestones, dependencies, resources,



and deadlines.
- Coordinate with customers, designers, vendors, suppliers, production teams, logistics partners, and installation teams.
- Track project progress against agreed timelines and identify potential delays or execution risks.
- Coordinate procurement and availability of interior products, materials, fixtures, fittings, and related components.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of required materials.
- Monitor product specifications, quantities, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, site deliveries, and installation activities.
- Ensure products and materials reach project sites according to planned schedules.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth installation and execution.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, purchase requirements, and commercial commitments.
