ABOUT US

Kanhai Foods Limited is an Ahmedabad-based manufacturer of baked and frozen goods, including pav, burger buns and other bakery products, supplying retail, modern trade and leading QSR chains.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) in Ahmedabad. You will work with our depot salesmen to strengthen retail coverage, manage key MT accounts such as DMart, Falguni and Magson, and open new MT and large retail accounts, served either through our salesmen or through direct distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Trade
- Work with depot salesmen on beat plans, outlet coverage and daily targets
- Conduct market visits to track sales, visibility, competition and retailer feedback
- Expand outlet reach and drive new product placements
- Monitor secondary sales,



collections and outstanding payments

Modern Trade – Key Accounts
- Manage existing MT accounts (DMart, Falguni, Magson and others) and serve as their main point of contact
- Handle vendor registration, listings, purchase orders, GRNs and invoicing
- Ensure fill rates, timely deliveries and correct stock at stores
- Monitor shelf visibility, stock freshness, expiry and returns at store level
- Reconcile claims, schemes, margins and payments with accounts

New Business Development
- Identify and onboard recent MT chains, supermarkets, institutional buyers and large retail accounts
- Negotiate listing terms, margins and payment terms within approved limits
- Decide with management whether each account is served via salesmen or direct distribution

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts for smooth order execution
- Share daily sales updates and weekly MIS with the Director
- Track competitor
