Job Overview
Workspend is seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated US Finance Executive to join our growing finance team.



This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or junior professionals with up to one year of experience who want to build a career in US accounting and corporate finance. You will focus primarily on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions, timely invoicing, and efficient cash flow management in alignment with US accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and accurately enter vendor and supplier invoices into the accounting system.
- Three-Way Matching: Match purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Expense Reports: Assist in reviewing and processing employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.
