Who we are

Quantum is an EB-5 consultancy built by people who've spent three years inside this industry and seen where it fails investors. They face opaque project selection, slow and inconsistent communication, and handoffs that fall through the cracks between advisors, attorneys and regional centers. We built Quantum to close those gaps. Our goal is simple: be the best white-glove EB-5 service in the market.

We've built a strong foundation. Now we're building the team that will take us to the next level, and the Head of Sales is the first and most significant hire on that team.

This is not a 9-to-5 role, and we won't pretend it is.

EB-5 clients are high-net-worth families making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. They're often in different time zones, and they need answers when they need them. Deals don't close on a schedule. If you want clearly defined hours, a comfortable seat and a steady routine, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay.

The role

You will own Quantum's revenue engine end to end. You'll personally close high-value investor engagements while building the pipeline, processes and eventually the team that scales our growth.

What you'll do

Drive revenue
- Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through signed engagement and handoff
- Personally manage and close a pipeline of HNW and UHNW investors and families
- Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Build the pipeline
- Develop referral channels with immigration attorneys, wealth managers, family offices, private banks, migration agents and education consultants
- Represent Quantum at investor seminars, roadshows and industry events
- Build Quantum's presence in our key source markets

- Design and run the sales process, CRM discipline, forecasting and reporting
