• Oversee and manage daily security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment across all property areas
• Supervise, train, and mentor security personnel while promoting adherence to company policies, industry best practices, and local regulations
• Monitor and analyze surveillance systems, access control points, and security equipment to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventative measures
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns while maintaining composure and transparency
• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the property,



including guest areas, back-of-house, perimeter zones, and restricted access points
• Prepare comprehensive and detailed incident reports and maintain meticulous security documentation for management review and compliance
• Coordinate effectively with local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during critical situations
• Conduct thorough security risk assessments and develop innovative solutions to enhance overall property protection
• Ensure strict compliance with all security protocols, safety regulations, health standards, and organizational standard operating procedures
• Manage access control systems, key distribution, visitor management procedures, and maintain accurate records
