About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our sales
team. The role involves lead generation, outbound calling, prospect engagement, follow-ups, and
supporting the sales team in creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
 Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
 Contact prospective clients and introduce our IT and digital services.
 Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
 Qualify leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
 Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the senior sales team.
 Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
 Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion.
 Maintain a professional relationship with prospects throughout the sales process.




Requirements
 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, or a similar
role.
 Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also
apply.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
 Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
 Basic understanding of B2B sales is an advantage.
Preferred
Experience selling or promoting IT services, software solutions, web/mobile development,
digital solutions, or technology services will be an added advantage.
