Key Responsibilities:• Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market.
• Should have worked on lunxury projects above 3crores +
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.
• Must have an active CP network in SoBo / Western Mumbai up to Mira Road, Bhayander.
• Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.
• Generate business through the CP network.
• Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.
• Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.

Requirements:✅ 3+ year of experience in Channel Sales / CP Sourcing
✅ Solid and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai till Mira Road or Bhayander
✅ Good communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Target-oriented and business-focused
✅ Real Estate experience is mandatory
