Your New Role-
- Leading a team in configuring and managing 3rd party software applications.
- Collaborating with Product Owners on requirement prioritization and backlog management.
Main Activities:
- Oversee configuration efforts and ensure software aligns with business needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and support incident escalation.
- Coordinate on-call rotations for team members.
