You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
