This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Fabric Technical Consultant based in India.

This role is focused on building a scalable customer-data foundation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Microsoft Fabric.
You will help design and rebuild data structures that enable unified, reliable, and actionable customer profiles.
The position combines data modeling, ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience activation.
You will configure customer matching and deduplication rules while developing measures and KPIs that support business decisions.
Your work will also enable targeted audience activation through digital advertising and other connected channels.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and clear documentation.

Accountabilities:

• Configure Dynamics 365 and Dataverse tables, schemas, relationships, ingestion pipelines, and transformation logic to establish a reliable customer-data foundation.

• Design and implement customer matching, deduplication, identity resolution, and unique identification rules to create accurate unified customer records.

• Configure unified customer profiles within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data and ensure data is structured for effective analysis and activation.

• Develop and configure customer measures, KPIs, and analytical definitions using available Customer Insights data.

• Build, test, and optimize agile customer segments based on defined business rules and customer attributes.

• Support audience activation by configuring digital advertising and customer-data connectors where required.
