The Assistant Manager – Medical Education & Simulation will support the planning, development and delivery of high-quality medical education programs across classroom, digital and simulation-based learning environments. The role is responsible for curriculum development, academic operations, faculty coordination, simulation management, accreditation support,



regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all programs are delivered efficiently and aligned with institutional objectives and applicable standards.

Areas of Responsibility:

Academic Program Management

• Develop, review and manage curricula, courses, assessments and learning resources.

• Coordinate end-to-end planning and delivery of academic programs across classroom, online and simulation-based formats.

• Work with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure content remains current, evidence-based and outcome-focused.

Simulation & Educational Technology

• Manage simulation laboratories, AR/VR platforms and educational technologies to support competency-based learning.

• Ensure simulator readiness, maintenance, calibration and vendor coordination.

• Support faculty during simulation-based training and technology-enabled learning sessions.

Faculty & Stakeholder Management
