Responsibilities

Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization. They gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization. They play a crucial role in creating customer loyalty and retention.



Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot. Professionals at this level are experienced tech managers/managers and supervise qualified level employees.
• They ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, clients and stakeholders and involved in setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results
• It includes application of knowledge to practical issues often relating to more than one functional area.
• Provides overall direction for complex activities -providing guidance and inputs for a medium size project or multiple small sized projects.
• They adapt to various communication styles and interpret non-routine and conflicting information.
• They have good project and people management skills and require appropriate knowledge and skills to make sound judgments and select the alternate course of action.
