business working with organizations across decarbonization, climate change,
carbon markets, ESG, BRSR, Scope 1–3 emissions, Net Zero, CBAM/CCTS, water
neutrality, circular economy, biodiversity, sustainable supply chains, green
buildings and sustainability assurance. We help organizations translate
sustainability ambitions into measurable business outcomes.

The Chance

We are looking for a commercially driven Business
Development professional who can build the market, create opportunities, engage
senior stakeholders and convert conversations into revenue. This is a frontline
BD role for someone who genuinely enjoys selling consulting and professional
services.

This is not an
account-management-only role. We are looking for a BD hunter with a proven
record of recent business, revenue ownership and consultative selling.

What You Will Own

· Own business development and revenue generation
for identified sustainability consulting service lines.





· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and
sales forecast.

· Identify new accounts, sectors and opportunities
through research, networking, referrals, events and targeted outreach.

· Drive opportunities end-to-end: lead →
qualification → discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure.

· Engage CXO, Sustainability/ESG, EHS,
Procurement, Operations, Plant, CSR, Finance and Risk stakeholders.

· Work with technical consultants to convert
client requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.

· Develop long-term accounts, cross-sell relevant
services and expand relationships beyond a single engagement.

· Track market developments, regulations,
competitor offerings and emerging sustainability needs to identify new
propositions.

· Own commercial discussions, follow-ups, CRM
discipline and revenue/order-book targets.
