Job Role: Co Mentor

Work Hours: Adaptable – Queries
must be answered on priority within 1 hour (24/7 availability for queries) and
other tasks to be completed in regular working hours (9 AM – 5 PM)

Work Days: Monday to Sunday (Wednesday
is weekly off)

Work Type: Full-time, Work from Home

Role Description: We are looking for Co Mentors
to support students in their learning journey by providing timely guidance,
query resolution, and 1-on-1 mentoring support. The ideal candidate will be
proactive, student focused, and have prior technical knowledge in software
development and IT concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with
students to provide 1-on-1 mentoring support

• Resolve student
queries via chats and calls on priority (within 1 hour of query being raised)

• Guide learners in DevOps concepts

• Conduct mentoring
sessions and share constructive feedback on student progress





• Ensure a positive learning experience and timely
support for all mentees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s
Graduate degree in related field

• Strong foundation in DevOps

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT or
mentoring roles

• Fluency in Tamil and English (mandatory)​

• Excellent
communication and problem solving skills

• Ability
to handle student queries with patience, clarity, and professionalism

• Proactive
and committed to maintaining SLA (query resolution within 1 hour)

Benefits
Openings: 3 Positions (Must be open to join immediately)

Package: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
