About this role
We are seeking an experienced Application Operations skilled to provide hands-on ownership of Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM), Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM), and associated telecom fulfilment services. Based in Pune, this role is focused on ensuring service stability, SLA/KPI achievement, technical troubleshooting, order fulfilment continuity, inventory integrity, operational governance, automation, and continual service improvement. The role also supports the adoption of AI/AIOps capabilities to enhance observability, incident management, anomaly detection, knowledge reuse, and operational efficiency.

Oracle OSM/UIM Technical Operations
•Provide hands-on operational support for Oracle OSM and UIM environments covering order orchestration, workflow execution, service fulfilment, inventory allocation, and service/resource lifecycle activities.
