Title: Assistant Manager – F&B;
Business unit: Integrated Facilities Management
Reporting to: Workplace Site Lead
Key stakeholders: Client interface

Duties & responsibilities
- Manage all F&B; and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- Lead team by training, and appraising talented personnel
- Raise events tickets in Corrigo tool and maintain KPI’s
- Define policies, and procedures related to cafeteria and events
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
- To work with ground staff to make sure events are flawless
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event.
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
