Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Marketing to drive measurable business growth through integrated, digital-first marketing programmes.
In this role, you will develop and execute growth, digital, and social media strategies across the customer lifecycle to increase awareness and engagement, generate demand, support customer acquisition, and improve conversion outcomes. You will bring together strong marketing fundamentals, digital expertise, data-driven decision-making, and commercial acumen to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and business results.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Integrated Marketing




• Develop growth marketing plans aligned with business, revenue and marketing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate awareness, consideration, demand generation, acquisition, engagement and conversion across priority audiences.
• Translate our goals into integrated marketing campaigns with explicit target audiences, propositions, channel strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Use customer, market and performance insights to identify and prioritise growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing
• Develop digital marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Plan and improve campaigns across relevant channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, email, web and other digital platforms.
• Work with our teams and agency partners on audience targeting, media planning, campaign activation and ongoing optimisation.
• Improve digital customer journeys and conversion paths across campaign
