The Opportunity
We expect all our engineers to be hands-on in development across all experience levels. As a Full-Stack Engineer,
you will demonstrate a deep understanding of front-end or back-end development (preferably both).
Must have skills: Hands-on agentic engineering skills, comfortable working with Claude Code or GitHub Copilot CLIs. Strong experience in creating reusable skills and agents.
Key Qualifications & Core Skills
• Primary Languages: Exceptional hands-on skills in Java, Kotlin (or another JVM language), or TypeScript.
• Secondary Languages: Working knowledge of both Java and TypeScript.
• Frameworks: In-depth understanding of Spring Boot and Angular.
• Databases: Hands-on knowledge of at least one RDBMS and one NoSQL / Document database.
• Methodologies: Robust commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) in both front-end and back-end environments.
• CI/CD: Working knowledge of at least one continuous integration system (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions).
